Consulting registroimprese is immediate and responds to a Customer’s information needs.
You can search for either a company or a person, using the tax code and other criteria
When searching for a person, you can get:

• The Person Profile with the list of companies in which that person has an office, and the type of position held
• The Shareholder Profile listing the companies in which that person has a share and the owned share percentage.

 If you are searching for a company, besides the traditional Company Report you can choose the brief Information Summaries – diversified according to the Company’s legal form – to target your search getting the information required at a minimum cost.

Variations

A “Variations” service is available in registroimprese, in order to inform immediately about changes affecting Partners, Customers and Suppliers.
 
This service enables you to create lists of companies “to be monitored” and choose which events you want to monitor:change of directors, changes in company shareholdings, start of bankruptcy procedures, Financial statement funds and any other change occurring.
In just a few days, registroimprese informs the customer interested of all changes taking place in the Business Register. Modified information can be consulted:
-in the Registered Email Box (for users who have one)
-in the download area of registroimprese website.

 

Lists

registroimprese Offers you two choices: "the address list", containing name and full address of selected companies, or "extended list", containing, besides what the first type offers, information such as tax code, VAT number, economic activity, etc.
 
To obtain a tailor-made list for your information needs, just choose the selected companies based on a combination of the following parameters:

- territory (region, province, municipality)

- activity code
- turnover group
- capital group
- number of employees
- bankruptcy procedures

- cancellation date

 

Consulting the EBR (European Business Register)

Through registroimprese you can also access the EBR (European Business Register), the European Economic Interest Group including the Business Registers from 24 countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg , Macedonia, Holland, Norway, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine and Great Britain.
EBR enables you to access, in real time, official information and documents on the European Companies of the participating Countries .
 
Information is on:
» Company Profile: standard profile containing the company's personal, legal and administrative data;
» List of People in Office: list of people or legal entities managing the company
» Deeds and Financial Statements: these are deeds (including statute) and/or Financial statement deposited
» Person Profile:standard profile with all information on a person (date of birth, address, tax code) and list of offices the person holds in one or more companies. Starting from this list, you can navigate, through hypertext links, in the information regarding every company that person holds office in.

Search for payment defaults

You can consult official data on payment defaults, bills of exchange and cheques of a person and legal entity, issued in Italy in the last five years.

 

Trade marks and patents

Through this service you may access applications to deposit Trade Marks and Patents in order to:
» search for Trade Marks, Inventions, Utility Models, Ornamental Models and Vegetal varieties present in the Database;
» obtain the Deposit Company Report containing all the information on a single Patent.

Filing online and Single Communication to the Business Register

registroimprese is an essential e-government tool used to file online with the Business Register, with access to information on how the filing is progressing.
Via Internet you can send applications for the registration, modification, cessation of an activity.
Sending through registroimprese is equivalent to sending a registered letter according to art. 15 DPR 581/95.
Once you have filled in the form and its enclosures, the application is transmitted via Internet, using secure transmission and recorded delivery to the Business Register office of the relevant Chamber of Commerce.
The system is integrated by a Digital Signature : è thus the documents to be sent to the Chamber of Commerce can be digitally signed.
