www.registroimprese.it is the new portal, which the Italian Chambers of Commerce have made available to companies, professionals, trade associations and individual citizens to access the online services offered by the Chamber of Commerce network. This new site allows all users to navigate information on the Companies Register and the other main databases of the Chambers of Commerce.
Through registroimprese.it, the Chambers of Commerce have made a series of free computer products and services available, which are aimed at small businesses in particular for the start-up and development of their core business.
In Italy, the Chambers of Commerce network is represented by Unioncamere, the Italian union of Chambers of Commerce for Small Businesses, which “promotes, implements and manages … services and activities concerned” for the whole Chamber of Commerce network. The network also has its information and communication body in the cameradicommercio.it portal.
The Italian Chambers of Commerce network is a world consisting of 105 Chambers of Commerce, 19 Regional Unions, 165 branch offices, 13 regional overseas centres, 68 Italian Chambers of Commerces abroad, 146 special agencies, 67 Eurosportelli, as well as over 1000 interests in infrastructures, companies, consortia and other bodies.
The mission of the Chambers of Commerce is to manage the general interests of the production system, promoting local development, the transparency and governance of the market, guaranteeing that the companies network is connected with public administrations.
