This ranges from the most simple and straightforward information to be obtained such as the name, legal status, address of the main legal site and type of activity, up to more in-depth information or documents such as financial statements, articles of association, information about shareholders, directors, incorporation date and share capital, company bodies, powers of attorney, etc.
Any searches that can be made both by a company as well as an individual may be realised via simple and rapid procedures that allow accurate information to be obtained, even without the need to register with the service.
The Italian Business Register as well as the Protest, Trademark and Patent, and EBR – European Business Registers can also be consulted, which contain information on about 18 million companies in the main European countries
